The moOngy Group has implemented a professional whistleblowing system open to all employees across all subsidiaries, as well as external partners.
This system allows for the confidential reporting of any actions or serious violations that go against current legislation and could therefore constitute criminal or civil offenses, as well as any behavior contrary to ethical standards.
The whistleblowing system can be used in all situations, for example, when the traditional route of reporting to a direct or indirect supervisor is not possible. The use of this system is therefore optional by nature.
To facilitate the handling of reports, the reporter is encouraged to identify themselves.
